I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was amazing with a big comfortable bed, quality products, and a charming little balcony on the upper floors. The location in the vibrant Old Quarter of Hanoi was unbeatable with everything within easy reach. The service was exceptional, offering a range of convenient amenities. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with limited options. Overall, a great place to stay with excellent value for money.
